I just completed a nice easy transaction with Angela Meek of RE/MAX Real Estate Concepts – a great deal on a newer 2 story home in a fantastic setting.  This was one of the homes hit by the “Judicial Hold” on foreclosures in the fall, and there was about an 8 week window of waiting after Angela got the offer to me.  Her clients stuck with it, and got a nice home—just goes to show you there is something new every day in real estate!
