CONGRATULATIONS to Travis and Leslie Kimzey for their beautiful new home they purchased through me at 302 E 12th, Indianola– it is exciting to see their family move to Indianola, and while it was a long bumpy road, we did it!!! 

Linda Archer just sold her home at 2404 W 10th Avenue, Indianola.  It will be exciting to have new neighbors on W 10th – my street!

It has been a busy fall, and it surprises me almost every day when I have concerned looks from friends, family, and business associates, who think being in real estate must devastating right now with the way it is portrayed in the media.  It’s not – things ARE moving, buyers seem to be taking advantage of their AMAZING buying power right now, too!  It is a great occupation to have a direct impact on people achieving their goals—I am lucky to be in the business and doing business!
