It was a pleasure to close on our transaction at 2004 W. 4th Ave.-,Indianola last Friday – congratulations to Darcy Mattix for her great new place!  Condos are not an easy thing to finance right now, as there are lots of issues with  making sure that the project and association meets secondary market guidelines.  While it took some major work to get things in place with this project, we got it done and closed, and it will be much easier for the next buyers in the area.

It is hard to find a great move-in home in Indianola for under $60K – so it was a pleasure to help our seller client sell and our buyer client buy!
